In this exceptional setting, <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"533\">Chef Alessandro Tormolino<\/strong>, the creative force behind <strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"570\">Sensi<\/strong> in Amalfi, has been invited to craft a special culinary creation for the gala\u2019s opening aperitif \u2014 <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"709\">as the sole representative of Italy<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"1236\">His dish will showcase the deep connection with his homeland and his contemporary vision of Mediterranean and plant-based cuisine, blending technical mastery, elegance and a distinctive identity. For Sensi, for Amalfi and for Italian fine dining, this invitation confirms the strength and originality of Tormolino\u2019s philosophy.
