The Young Award 2018 was given to our executive chef Alessandro Tormolino, the only Italian of four award-winning chefs.

An important and deserved recognition, received on the sidelines of the presentation of the 2019 Lists of the World’s Best Restaurants, presented in the last days in Paris.
