F&B Manager of Sensi Restaurant
After his first experience on the Amalfi Coast, Pasqualino Franzese alternates between London and Milan where he acquires the necessary skills for managing prestigious restaurants.
His training was completed with a masters in Food & Beverage Management at CIPAS, in Stresa on Lake Maggiore.
One of the goals of Sensi’s project is to offer to Amalfi’s international guests a fitting welcome in a professional and modern setting.
Pasqualino also manages the restaurant’s wine cellar which includes a selection of some of the best Italian and international wines.
