On August 28, we will be in Conca De Marini for the second “Santarosa Day” charity event.
Alessandro Tormolino of Sensi Restaurant will be among the starred chefs who will cook for guests at the charity event conceived by the charity “La Compagnia della Santarosa,” consisting of Tiziana Carbone, Nicola Pansa and Antonio Vuolo.
Santarosa Day is not just a food festival, but a celebration of community, memory and generosity. An event that brings the Amalfi Coast to the national stage with the universal language of food and heart.
The day of the santarosa: the program
Here is how the evening will unfold
The village of Conca dei Marini will become an open-air theater. From the ancient walls of the Church of Santa Rosa to Piazza Olmo, and with the Church of the Immaculate Conception as a backdrop, a unique itinerary of scents and flavors will unfold. There will be live performances by the Odyssey Association, whose members are siblings Damiano and Michela Andretta. They are natives of this land and will offer their artistic talents in support of an evening of solidarity.
However, in Elm Square, the musical show will be enlivened by Promenade a Sud with the concert “Assud,” featuring Giovanni Mauriello. The concert is part of the program “Wonders, the Paths of the Senses,” under the artistic direction of Alfonso Cavaliere.

The evening will feature star chefs, top pizza makers, and nationally renowned master pastry chefs dressed for the occasion by WorkLine Divises. Prestigious wineries and local businesses will join them. They are all united — and participating for free — to support a common cause.

The goals of the benefit
The first edition has already left a concrete mark. Indeed, with the funds raised, life-saving equipment was purchased for the Castiglione di Ravello hospital garrison. This year the solidarity is expanded, maintaining support for the hospital garrison and paving the way for new causes.
“Santarosa Day 2025” is funded under the Regional Action and Cohesion Program 21-27.
The project, born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Conca dei Marini, represented by Mayor Pasquale Buonocore, and the Santarosa Pastry Cup Team, which conceived the format and oversaw the organization.
